📋 Every kitchen remodel requires a permit. As part of every full and custom remodel, we automatically include: permit management & inspections, running 7–8 dedicated electrical lines from the panel per code, upgrading vertical plumbing lines, installing a code-compliant HVAC vent hood, and ensuring all countertop outlets are GFCI-protected. These are not optional — they are required to pass inspection and are built into every estimate.
